Fun Multi Piano and Enrichment Workshop – for students up to Book 4

Dear Parents and students,

We’re excited to invite Suzuki Piano students to come together to share a fun hour of MultiPiano playing and Enrichment.  Students will have a half hour of playing piano together and will also have a half hour session of fun, multisensory musicianship activities.

For those who haven’t played in a Multi Piano event before, we have 9 quality keyboards placed in a CIRCLE so everyone can see each other as they play.  There are 8 students in each class, led by a senior teacher.  This is a wonderful experience for pianists to play together.   All students, from Book 1 to Book 4 who know the selected group pieces now, very well from memory, can join in these classes.

Attending this Fun Workshop will enable students and parents to meet other Suzuki friends while having a great time making music and having fun together.  It is also extremely beneficial for students to play well and confidently with their peers as it enhances their playing generally and strongly motivates future learning.  Your children will have 60 minutes valuable experiences with senior Suzuki teachers.

Dr Suzuki said that Playing together not only requires advanced listening skills, but it also gives students the opportunity to be part of something bigger than themselves, to be part of making a larger unified sound.  This is a powerful experience.

Please enrol asap- the closing date is Week 3 of Term 1 2026. (Sunday 15th February.)

Classes will be scheduled throughout the day from 9:00am start to 3:30pm start.

Please make sure you have the day free for this event as your child's session can only be allocated after closing date.  Suzuki Office will advise the student's time by email on or before 2nd March 2026

There is no refund after enrolment.

Enrolments are open NOW.  You also need to renew your membership for 2026/27  Family Membership

To ENROL:

1. Please print out a copy of the REVISION REPERTOIRE FOR MULTIPIANO 2026, Click Here

2. Find the group in which your child can play all the pieces very well, from memory, at the concert speed of the current Suzuki recordings.  

3. SELECT THAT GROUP, after consultation with your teacher.  

4. Complete your application online.

5. Be sure to let your teacher help the student/s revise all pieces in your chosen group.  The better your child knows the Twinkle Variations and the pieces listed in that group, the more enjoyment they’ll have playing together.

6. You will be given details of your Group and time by Monday 2^nd March 2026.

FEE: $40/student + booking & card fees

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• if numbers are below our minimum requirement, STEAA may combine or cancel the class.

• students must be 2026/27 Active members of STEAA

• students must purchase a group/session and arrive at the venue no earlier than 15 minutes before your class time

• no refund will be given once booked

• spaces are limited, first come first serve basis

• please do not come if you/your child is slightly unwell
