Please note that your 2016/17 membership will expire on 31 January 2017.

Here are the 2017/18 forms:

Ordinary (Family) Membership Form (early bird fee is $90 – if paid before 1 April 2017)

Teacher Membership Form (early bird fee is $185 – if paid before 1 April 2017)

Suzuki Early Childhood Membership Form ($30 per annum)

If your details have NOT changed, all you need to do is “Make A Payment” online (remember to quote your membership number). Once we receive your payment, we will renew your membership in our system & a confirmation letter will be sent to you soon after.
