ENTRY AUDITION
We are delighted to announce that the schedule for our first Teacher Training - Entry Audition for all levels is on 22 February 2026, Sunday.
Please be informed that an Entry Audition is a requirement for new candidates who are interested in joining Suzuki Teacher Training.
Kindly submit the following requirements to Teacher Training via teachertraining@uzukimusicnsw.com.au to be considered for this Entry Audition Day on/before 6th February 2026, Friday.

Additional information for Entry Audition
Applicants must demonstrate a high level of musicianship and technical proficiency.
The entry audition pieces required to be performed by memory for each instrument are listed below:

| Viola | J S Bach / Casadesus : Concerto in C Minor (complete) |
| Piano | J S Bach : Italian Concerto (complete) |
| Flute | J S Bach : Suite in B Minor (complete) |
| Cello | Popper : gavotte OR Saint-Saens : Allegro Appassionato |
| Guitar | 2 contrasting pieces of a minimum standard equivalent examples are : A movement from a Bach Lute Suite ; Scarlatti Sonata ; Leopold Weiss |
| Plus a more modern piece by Villa-Lobos, Brouwer or similar | |
| Organ | J S Bach : Toccata and Fugue in D Minor |
| Recorder | Selection of 3 pieces from Suzuki Book 8 |
FINAL RECITAL
Calling all our existing Suzuki teacher trainees who have been training well and are now ready to complete their Final Recital Performance for their accreditation level!
We are delighted to announce that the schedule for our first Teacher Training - Final Recital for all levels is on 22 February 2026, Sunday.
Kindly submit the following requirements to Teacher Training via teachertraining@suzukimusicnsw.com.au to be considered for Final Recital Day on/before 6 February 2026, Friday.

Performance & Interview Requirements :
- Suzuki Teacher Trainees must be an active financial members.
- All candidates are required to perform the specified pieces for each instrument by memory
- Two Teacher Trainers will be the Assessors.
- No accompaniment is required for Entry Auditions.
- Final recitals requiring accompaniment (Live or CD) must be organised by the candidate and needs to be communicated in advance.
Kindly note that all confirmed teachers/trainees for Entry Audition/Recital Day will be advised of performance details via email.
