Dear Members, Telstar and NBN have mistakenly disconnected our Wifi and phone line for almost 4 weeks now. We have been calling them daily to lodge our complaints but they are still struggling to fix our line for us.
Today (11/1/2021) we were told that for the interim please use this number 9481 4722 if you need to contact us and the calls will be redirected to Vivian’s mobile phone. The number 9484 9611 is still not working. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
