This event is a CONCERT PERFORMANCE EXPERINCE for all piano students:

Solo performance in front of a caring supportive audience
-
Students of any age or book level; from beginners to post repertoire. Beginners who have not moved past the Twinkles can still come along and be a part of the concert.

Book 1 Awards: Students who have completed Book 1 in 2023 and who will NOT be graduating this year (Level 1) will receive a BOOK ONE AWARD CERTIFICATE if they perform in the concert. Your teacher will need to confirm with you that your child is eligible for this award. Book 1 Award students should play at least one Book 1 piece and if they wish may choose an additional Book 1 or early Book 2 piece to play as well.

Book 1 students can choose to play either one or two Book 1 pieces.

A great rehearsal opportunity for Graduation Performances. The Graduation Opera House concerts follow in a few weeks.

Advanced students – another opportunity for performance practice.

Morning or Afternoon choices. Special requests will be considered on a first come first served basis.

Please book early to avoid any disappointment.
TIME LIMIT FOR PIECES: must follow strictly
repeats are allowed PROVIDED they are within the time limits for the Book Level:
Book 1 & 2 - up to 2 minutes
Book 3 & 4 - up to 3 minutes
Book 5 & 6 - up to 4 minutes
Book 7 & Up - up to 6 minutes
Families must consult with their child's teacher regarding the choice of concert pieces before enrolling.
PARENTS:

Cost: $20 per student/child.

Book 1 students may choose to play either one or two Book 1 pieces.

For concerts, nominate a piece that the student can play confidently and accurately. Please consult your teacher.

Once applications have been received, NO CHANGES to concert pieces will be allowed.

Applications by Booking Form and Payment to reach the Suzuki Office by midnight Monday, 9 October.

Parents will be emailed students' Allocated Concert Time by 5pm Monday, 16 October.

Students should arrive 15 minutes before their concert time to collect their name tags, find their seating positions and to allow for concert organizing.

No late entries will be accepted for this concert
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please do not come if a student or an audience member is even slightly unwell.

Masks are recommended and encouraged & please sanitise your hands upon entry.

Places for this concert are strictly limited. Placement will be allocated in order of applications received.

Students will need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Families must be 2023 financial members of STEAA (NSW) Ltd to attend.

There will be no refunds on this event.

The student name tag MUST be worn by the students at the event.

No food or drink other than water is permitted inside the Hall.

As our Hall is small, please try to limit accompanying audience numbers to 1 for each performing child.
