Piano Concerts & Tutorials – open to all levels

The Concerts and tutorials are open to all Suzuki piano students of all ages and all levels who would like the opportunity to play and learn in a friendly and supportive environment.

Concerts are an ideal opportunity for students to gain valuable experience at performing to an appreciative audience. Tutorials are also available for specific book levels and post repertoire students. It is a great motivation for students to focus on bringing their repertoire up to a high standard and learning from others.

Please ensure that your children/students are well prepared for these concerts and tutorials so that they can have a really wonderful and positive experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Bookings are to be made by parents with guidance from their Suzuki teacher regarding the chosen performance piece and tutorial pieces.

Students must be 2021/22 financial members of STEAA(NSW) Ltd

COSTS: No refund will be given if a student cannot attend.
Concerts: All Levels $20 per piece per student + booking fee
Tutorials:
Books 1-3   $30 per student + booking fee
Book 4 to post repertoire $33 per student + booking fee
Book 4 to post repertoire and concert $53 per student + booking fee

Tutorial Groups:   
Twinkle Class – students up to Honeybee, ages 6 and under
Books 1 -3  students should prepare 2 tutorial pieces
Books 4 to post repertoire – concerts and tutorial times will be advised soon after the closing date.  Tutorials will be grouped in appropriate levels.  Students should prepare 1 tutorial piece.

Concert pieces: Concert piece title, composer and duration of the piece must be known before booking. Maximum duration is 5 minutes per concert piece and no changes allowed once booked.

Concert pieces should not be played in tutorials.

Only one adult can accompany each enrolled child. Unfortunately, no siblings and other persons are permitted and will be turned away. At the current date due to the current social distancing ruling we are only permitted a set amount of people in each room.

Everyone will need to register using the CovidSafe app and have their temperature taken and sanitise their hands. Please do not come even if you are slightly unwell. Face masks are encouraged.

Spaces are very limited. To guarantee a place we advise everyone to book early.
