Dear Teachers,
all String and Flute/Recorder graduation recordings and paperwork MUST reach Suzuki Office by 5pm on Thursday, 23 July 2026. Your help in meeting the deadline will be much appreciated.
The Graduation information and paperwork for 2026 will be available soon are available now. You will need a password to access the page. Suzuki Office will email the password to all Active/Financial Teachers sometime in April/May.
Teachers: If you have students graduating this year, please make sure your teacher membership and your students’ membership are all up to date AND you have completed the mandatory Annual Professional Development.

Dear Parents, it is very IMPORTANT that you log onto your Member Portal before 1st July each year to:

make sure your membership is up to date (your membership "Status" should show as "Active")

your child's details are up to date, especially on the field "Name on Graduation Certificate" (please note: this field is only editable from 1 Dec till 1 July each year)**

if you have a new/changed teacher, please make sure you have linked your child to the teacher by clicking on the "Link Your Child to a Suzuki Teacher" button

if we have to redo your child's graduation certificate due to a name error, an additional fee will apply.
